I remember from your posts how much you like figs and thought maybe you knew a recipe to recommend?

:sVanessa83noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5262628558438346351.post-438244501784420192007-10-09T20:52:00.000-05:002007-10-09T20:52:00.000-05:00Thanks for the compassion everyone!Julai- agreed, ...Thanks for the compassion everyone!
Julai- agreed, they're really rodents, did you see that article in Sunday's NYTimes?
And figs and yogurt, yum!

Quinne- I know, I was surprised also! They can be so destructive that it's hard not to detest them.

Best of luck with your figs next time around. I just had some the other night with greek yogurt and a little honey drizzled on top...but alas, they came from a New York City grocery store, not my very own tree!juliahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01842650403361123813noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5262628558438346351.post-5435878449161856222007-10-08T23:51:00.000-05:002007-10-08T23:51:00.000-05:00Ha, I love the description you put on tastespottin...Ha, I love the description you put on tastespotting!food makes me happyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17108934546108132401noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5262628558438346351.post-91690659431743535362007-10-08T22:41:00.000-05:002007-10-08T22:41:00.000-05:00What a sad story! I've never heard of a dog eating your tomatoes though, how annoying. I am sure the squirrels knew how desirable figs are but then again they may have just been thirsty!
Sorry for your loss though, I know my dogs eat my tomatoes, raspberries and blackberries!
