If you want to try making the dough, it is a very simple recipe. Mix 2 c flour with a good pinch of salt (maybe 1 1/2 tsp...I've never measured) and add water until it forms a ball. Roll as flat as possible (if you have a pasta roller, that works great) and cut into squares or circles about 3".
