This makes me yearn for Morocco--or even just for a good Middle Eastern market anywhere near me in rural Connecticut. I feel a road trip to Queens coming on!
I can just say one thing to describe these: beautiful.
They reminds me of the souk when I was there this summer. Thank you for the wonderful memories. You've inspired me to put some of my pictures online! I'll put links to them on my blog.
The pomegranates are amazing! I'm glad I happened on your site while looking for a red velvet cake recipe. I love Arabic food too. I've been told I make good baklava, but seeing those amazing trays of it makes me wish for a trip.
